Diary musing

Years ago I was terrified of growing up. I doubt "then me" and "today me" would get along very well. I mean, what the hell was I thinking? Also I totally messed up this drawing, it doesn't really communicate well my thoughts. at all. I look back at myself and wonder at what particular point in time I suddently stopped being terrified of all those things and U turned to enjoying this all? It must have been a long time ago anyway.

(but i still don't like using public transport)

3 Minute Brownie

Speediest brownie I ever made. After I was linked to this genius recipe, I immediately stormed to the kitchen and got to work. Mix ingredients in cup, put in microwave. Instant brownies! I don't know who invented it unfortunately.

Mine got a bit burnt. I recommend keeping a very close eye on it while cooking. as soon as it stops swelling it is ready. If it is too jelly like still, put it in some more, but it hardens fast.

The pictureabove is my own, when it swells from the cup it looks hideous, but cut it in some pieces, add some cream and your brownie will look good too! Mind, you must wash the cup you made brownies in right away, or it will be a pain to get off.
